Newborn Nephew Henry & Big Sis Lorelei

My new little nephew was welcomed into the world by Ryan and Amanda on June 23rd in Owensboro, Kentucky. (8th Generation Kentuckian) He was a sweet little bundle of baby cuteness at 7lbs and 9oz with a full head of hair. Tim and I got to spend some quality time with his big sister Lorelei while the rest of the gang was in the hospital. I loved playing in the pool with Lorelei (and the Elmo that tagged along). Enjoy this cuteness.

As a note, these images should bring a smile to your face (even when they aren't your niece and nephew).

Kelly & Eric : Carmel, Indiana Wedding

What a great day! I have know Kelly for 4 years and have had the privilege to get to see her at least once a week since then. We've been in the same house church together the whole time. Needless to say, there's been some guys come and go in that time, but Eric, he was something different. As a classic question "when do you know it's the one?", they both knew early on. They have been long distance since this fall, when Eric took a job in the big NYC. All of her friends will miss her dearly here as she starts her married life with Eric in the Big Apple.

All of the details came together perfectly, thanks to Kelly's planner personality. She had plenty of girlfriends around to support her on this big day (11 walking up the aisle). She has two little nieces and Eric has two little nephews and they were show stopping cute. Nick (our dear old house church leader) officiated his first ever ceremony and it was so meaningful. Since all of the day's festivities were at the Fountains in Carmel, we took a quick location change for pictures during the cocktail hour. We were back in time to enjoy the reception time to the max. Everything looked so striking with her black and vibrant pink palette. Many tears were shed during the toasts, and many a sweat broke out on the dance floor. I'm not joking at all when I say my house church might be the most enthusiastic reception dancers ever!

Kelly & Eric- Congrats and may your time in New York building the foundation of your marriage be a sweet adventure together.
