Kim & Gabe ║ Carmel, Indiana Engagement

Something that I love about my job is the ability to meet new people and learn new things through them. While Saturday morning was a little chiller than I had hoped for Kim and Gabe's engagement session, a cup of Starbucks before we started sure helped.

Gabe was able to clear up some of my confusion about the art of fly fishing and I was able to pick both of their brains on gardening. They both love to be outside and it was fitting for us to go to River Road Park, close to where they live. Kim and Gabe have been a committed item for many years now, but are looking forward to tying the knot it a few short weeks surrounded by their family and friends.

David + Megan: Engaged at the IMA

My awesome brother in law, David, proposed to his own Megan in front of the LOVE statue at the IMA just a few months ago. So, it was only fitting to do some of their engagement pictures there. These two are so crazy in love. Right now they are adjusting to a long distance situation until they get married next July. Of course I can't wait for how great a celebration that will be. We will be doing another shoot in Parke County (her hometown and home of the Covered Bridge Festival) in a few weeks when the leaves are fabulous. For now here's some of their cuteness...

Maureen & Mike : Engaged in Broad Ripple

I had a fun night going around Broad Ripple with Maureen and Mike. They live just across the street from me so it was fun to do a shoot around the neighborhood. I also loved that it was very them, Maureen has been in the area for several years and they are making their home here in Broad Ripple. They are getting married in October nearby at Christ the King. One of the things I love about Broad Ripple is how friendly everyone is and how great our neighbors are. Enjoy!

Lisa + Ryan: Engaged

Lisa and Ryan met in Terre Haute, work eventually brought them both to the Indy area. Since they are both morning people we did a morning session. The dew was just about gone and the sun was beaming through the trees. The mornings have a certain peace to them at parks. It's the quiet time before buses of day camp kids unload. Getting out of the office and out shooting was a wonderful way to start the day. I really enjoying chatting it up with these two. Best wishes for your wedding in September at Avon Gardens!

Letitia + Ryan: Engaged

After several years of being together, Letitia and Ryan are tying the knot this fall. We had a great time walking around the canal and White River State Park. It's such a gem of the city.
